Must I have  a return authorization in order to return a product?

Yes, all returned merchandise must have return authorization

from our customer support team. Any item not authorized by

Church Audio/Video Supply for return, will be refused delivery.

 

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

On most of the products we sell, you can get a refund within the first

30 days following the invoice date. ALL equipment returned within

30 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee, as electronic items

and equipment can not be sold as a new item. Certain non-equipment

returns may be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

How does a refund get applied?

The refund is always issued back to the credit card you purchased

the order with. If you are a repeat customer on invoicing terms,

we can credit your account with us for future purchases.

 

How long do I have to wait before the credit posts to my account?

It takes us approximately five business days to process a credit back

to your credit card and about 2-3 business days for it to appear

on your statement.

Who pays for shipping on an item returning back to Church Audio/Video Supply?

The customer is solely responsible for the shipping charge for any

returned products.

 

What is your policy about defective items?

First, you need to contact our technical support department to trouble shoot.

And then, if the problem can not be solved you will be given authorization

to return a defective item. Once a defective item is received at

Church Audio/Video Supply, we will evaluate the problem and

contact you to inform of action to be taken.

 

Do you pay for the return shipping charge for defective items?

Church Audio/Video Supply is not responsible for manufacturer defects.

Since we are not the manufacturer. The customer pays the return shipping to us,

and we pay for the shipping going back to you.
