THE MP3 PROJECT

We are beginning a ministry of taking the WORD OF GOD to those who are the weakest and the most vulnerable among us. Jesus spoke of leaving the 99 to seek the one. We are taught to weep with those who weep as well as rejoicing with those who rejoice.

The MP3 PROJECT takes the WORD OF GOD and places it in audible form on inexpensive MP3 players. We donate these with scripture and hymns on them to nursing homes, hospitals and shut- ins who have less opportunity to read and worship as we have such freedom to do. If you would like to help support our project here is how you can help:

• Donate an old MP3 player or headphones to the church.

• Make a donation of money and mark it “THE MP3 PROJECT” (so far we have been able to purchase everything needed to provide hours of listening for about $6.00 per set which includes the mp3 player, headphones and charger.)

• This is a brand new ministry. Pray that God will direct and help us find support including those who will help us deliver these and periodically check on their continuing to function.

• We also need those who might be willing to help us maintain and load the Scripture and Hymns on the MP3 players.
